The Applicant agrees that the Clan MacKinnon LTD his personal information
- Name,
- Address,
- Date of birth,
- Address, E-Mail Address, Telephone Number(s) and other Contact Details, as well
- Data on participation in Events
collect, store, use, make available to other Members and used for administrative and/or promotional purposes.
This also includes Photo and Video recordings, which are created during one or more Events and/or Meetings.
These can also appear in Print and/or Web Media. The personal Data will be used exclusively to inform the Applicant or the Member in all matters that serve the Clan Life optimally and comprehensively, to advise and to look after. If necessary, an administrative Help can be called in for this.
The Applicant is aware that all Data and/or Media Products may be made available the Groups and Members worldwide. Despite all due care and precautions, there can be no assurance that the Information will remain confidential and will not be compromised or misused.
The above Declaration of consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time!
The Applicant is aware, if he does not agree to the above, or revokes his consent, an administration of the Member Data can not take place any more.
As a Result, the Member automatically becomes a sponsoring Member and can only be regarded as a Guest at Clan Activities for insurance and liability reasons.
